Prepare to confidently launch your Black Soldier Fly agribusiness through the Active Citizens Cooperative Society immersive training and incubation programme.

Our Structure

This structured capacity-building initiative is designed to move participants from basic knowledge to real production experience within a short period.

The programme combines theoretical learning, practical field exposure and supervised incubation, positioning participants to become profitable BSF producers within the emerging national supply value chain.

Programme Structure
Pre-Training Online Study (1 Week)

Participants will first undergo guided online tutorials covering foundational concepts in Black Soldier Fly farming, industry opportunities, and production fundamentals.

The onsite practical training provides a deep, hands-on understanding of BSF production systems and business operations.

Participants will gain knowledge in:

Field Exposure

Participants will be taken through practical demonstrations and site visits to observe real-life organic waste handling systems and scalable BSF production setups.

1-Month Supervised
Incubation Programme

After the practical training, participants will enter a structured incubation phase where they will: 

Participate in group production cycles using provided breeding stock and feed substrates.

Gain experience in daily farm management and productivity monitoring.

Learn scaling strategies and cooperative production models.

Develop confidence to establish personal or cluster-based BSF farms.

Post-Training Opportunity:

Graduates will receive guidance on how to become Founding Distributors within the proposed National BSF Supply Network, enabling them to participate in structured market access and long-term income generation.

Throughout the programme, participants will receive continuous mentoring and technical support from experienced trainers and agribusiness facilitators.
